· Anytime-Anywhere Account and Claims Management with on-demand account management visits: Attendance at pre-production meetings, first nights, key stages and post tour debriefings.
· On site, post-incident Claims and Catastrophe management when required. In the event of a major incident we are available 7 days a week to provide immediate support in managing the claim and market perception surrounding a major incident.
· Attendance at Risk Management, Health and Safety and Management meetings.
